I want to share my thoughts on the Fend hydrating mist. I stumbled upon this product while digging into scientific research on how to safeguard against covid. There was a Kickstarter campaign for it, so I decided to give it a shot.

Fend has truly blown me away. I suffer from pretty bad seasonal allergies and used to get sinus infections quite often (like 3-4 times a year). Ever since I started using Fend regularly, I haven't had a single sinus infection. I can breathe easier, and my overall energy levels have improved. I've told my family and friends about it, and they've all noticed the positive effects and agree it's a fantastic product. A lot of my friends are musicians, and some singers have mentioned that it really helps them with their breathing and holding notes during performances.

I've been a competitive runner since I was 14, running cross country in college and even qualifying for the Boston Marathon back in 2019. Like many serious runners, I’m all about recovery and staying hydrated. I'm really into the new design of the mister. My wife and I use it daily, plus we have one at the office too. Every now and then, it might shoot out a stream instead of a fine mist, but that doesn't happen often and it's still a great buy.

I've been using FEND for a few months now, and let me tell you, my nose and throat have never felt better. During those chilly winter days, I used to wake up with a nosebleed, but NOT this winter, all thanks to FEND. I follow the instructions and use it three times a day, and sometimes even a fourth if I wake up at night with a stuffy nose. I really think keeping my nose moist has stopped those seasonal nosebleeds that I've dealt with for the past 40 years. Plus, I appreciate the protection it gives me when I have to be around others. I apply FEND before and after going out, and the comfort I feel, knowing I’ve taken steps to breathe safely, really helps my mental state.

I really dig FEND. I've got both the original and the latest version. I apply it about 4 to 5 times daily and I can definitely notice a change. Those neti pots? They're a hassle, super messy, and take forever. With FEND, I feel way better, and it honestly only takes 5 seconds.

I began using FEND roughly a year into the pandemic. I had their initial model and got top-notch customer support when my device malfunctioned. The latest version is fantastic! It's super convenient for home use, while I'm out, and even when I'm traveling. I haven't caught Covid yet; not sure if it's thanks to FEND, but it seems logical to me to take care of nasal passages to block viruses that come in through the nose.
